HEAVY. 1st round I did 3 in row, then I did one at a time the rest of it. I felt like I was not getting the transesion from the front squat up to the thrust fast. It was slow. It was a squat clean into front squat up to push press one at a time back to back. I also did not eat before this so.. could have helped the trajicness.
